· Searching Organization Firm
· Client Report Excel Sheet in Data Bank Record
· Creating the database of the candidate in MIS Excel.........
· Preparation of Tracker Sheets of the candidates
· Mailing Profiles and Tracker Sheet to HR officials of the clients
· Scheduling the interview with the respective clients
· Regular update to clients for Presentation schedule for specific
· Calling to clients regarding agreement, Other Documents required for us.
· Calling to New Companies for Generate a Lead
· Telephonic communication for Company Introduction and consultancy services details.
· Send company profile through Presentation ( Manpower Providing - Recruitment ) Mail
· Staff solution and provide require details to the client
· Touring Out State for Cover domestic Market & Give Presentation about Consultancy Services of Companies Give Good Response.
· Send company profile through mail,
· Prepare conformation for the requested enquiry send it to the specific client
· Follow up call after sending Presentation ( Manpower Providing -Recruitment )
· Query solution and provide require details to the client
· Regular update to clients for Presentation schedule for specific
· After Presentation Follow Up and After service if required
· Customer relationship Management
· Prepare preformed invoice , quotation for enquiry Check and verify all the details checklist , draft
· Payment collection against preformed and bill of leading.
· Keep all the documents in specific folder
· Update for courier details and status.
