About Company:-The company is a meat and seafood company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The company operates on a farm-to-fork model, owning the entire back-end supply chain and cold chain.
Job Responsibilities:-
● The Team Member is responsible for training his team members in the products and improving their skills in butchery
●The Team Member is to maintain the inventory of his/her production line and report all the closing stock details to the supervisor
●The Team Member is responsible for his/her team's compliance towards process and product, any deviations are to be reported and corrective actions are to be taken in the form of process improvement or training.

● Communication Skills- The Team Member should be able to communicate in a polite and respectful manner to his team, supervisors.
· Technical:
· Good practical butchery skills and hand-eye coordination.
· Mental arithmetic skills
