Job Description
Job Summary
The Cabin Attendant crew share responsibility for the safety and comfort of its passengers. Greeting passengers as they board and exit, guiding passengers to their seats and providing special attention to certain passengers, such as the elderly or disabled are their day to day job.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Attendants are generally responsible for ensuring passengers safety and comfort at all times.
- Conducting safety checks before flightGreet and communicating with passengersGuide and assisting travellers for the safety of passengers.
- Presenting emergency equipment and giving instructions to passengers on how to use this equipment.
- Directing passengers to their seats
- Announcing on behalf of the pilot and answering questions queries of passengers who are travelling.
- Serving meals and refreshments to passengers
