Job Description:

• Flawlessly execute the planograms and adjacencies on various tools using merchandising best practices
• Understand business strategy as well as the build process to deliver high-quality output on project expectations
• Collaborate with business leads to execute multiple projects across teams and communicate project progress proactively to the respective stakeholders
• Evaluate processes and make recommendations for improvement; strive for continuous improvement and eliminate non-value-added workload
• Build business context and perform the responsibilities as a division backup whenever required
• Follow operational hygiene (e.g., project management practices, quality assurance, time tracker)

• 3 or 4-year degree in Business, Commerce, Fashion, Civil/Architecture or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpretation skills of large qualitative data
• Able to execute tasks without continuous guidance
• Good time management skills with a strong ability for prioritization
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, strives for continuous improvement, and eliminates non-value-added workload
• Intermediate knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or similar) applications required

Preferred job experience: Practical experience 1 to 2 years OR Freshers
