Training & Hiring program for Engineering Graduates at Chennai

 AksAns Authorized Training Center (ATC), a division of AksAns Technologies Pvt Ltd, was initiated with an aim to train young engineering graduates and provide them an opportunity to start their Design careers with AKSANS & its Client projects. At AksAns ATC, Chennai, the focus is on transforming graduates to job-ready professionals by giving them an opportunity to learn & execute Industry 4.0 Design skills on real-time projects. Our training & hiring program enables candidates to upskill themselves to become comprehensive Product design and development professionals before starting their career with AksAns

Eligibility:

• B.Tech/ M.Tech
• 70% & above Marks in Class X, Class XII and Graduation (and PG if pursued)
• No standing back papers 

• Basics of Core Engineering.
• Tools Skills CREO / CATIA V5  - Basic & Advanced Part Design, Basic & Advanced Assembly, Surface,  
• Sheet metal & Detailing with Authorized Certification.
• Drawing reading, Reverse Engineering
• Application of GD&T & Quality check
• Working with PLM tools

Soft skills Training:

• Understand Organization culture, procedures and customer needs
• Demonstrate ability to increase productivity and Commitment to continuous learning.
• Guidance on verbal & written Communication skills
• Teamwork

Selection Process:

• Basic Engineering Test
• HR Interview

Four Months, comprising of:

• 2 months class room training
• 2 months Projects engagement

Fees for the Program: INR 35,000 (Program fee INR. 35,000 + 18% GST)

The training for the program will be conducted by AksANS certified Professional Trainers upto 15 year of experience. The Deployment post successful completion of the training program will happen with AKSANS Technologies Pvt Ltd and its clients
