Job Description
Responsibilities
- Attend inbound calls (requires neutral English accent)
- Assist field operator by provisioning orders in system
- Assist field operator in troubleshoot and repair of equipment
- Report back call status to respective Lead/Manager
- Extend shift on requirement of volume or SLA
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Inbound Call Center experience with Neutral English (at-least 6 months)
- Prior experience with US based voice process
- Profound with basic computer skills (Windows & Excel)
- Night Shift only
- Familiarity with US culture is an added advantage; at-least should be willing to adopt the same due to requirement in work
