Job Description
- Job: Appointment Desk and Lead Mgmt Executive, HealthCare Services
- Looking for Appointment Desk and Pres Sales Executive ( Hospital/Healthcare Care BackGround Preferable) for HealthCare Services Company which schedules appointments, procedures, IPD's across top hospitals of the country.
- The person should have good communication skills in Hindi and English
- End to End Responsibility for Lead servicing, Lead management, Lead conversion
- Receiving calls from patients and guiding them as per their requirement
- Scheduling appointments by coordinating between hospitals and patient
- Appointment reminders and followups calls
- Guiding patients for admissions in the hopital
- Prepration of daily MIS and monthly payouts to be invoiced across hospitals
- Doctor Profile creation and Mgmt for the site
- Person should have good communication skills
- Salary: Rs 10K to 15 K per month with incentives
- Language: Hindi & English
- Other Skills:
- Basic MS Excel,Power point, Word skills

Our objective is to increase the OPD and IPD visits for the hospital and we do this by taking various marketing initiatives on behalf of the hospital, getting patients confirmed appointments for OPD visits and assisting them during hospitalisation.
