Job Summary
- Pringle Technologies Inc. is a US based start-up, looking to train and hire Call Center Interns in Vijayawada to support our global customer base.
- An ideal candidate for this position should be a fast learner, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be passionate about client and customer service.
- Shift Hours: Work hours can be flexed to help employee work around College/University timings.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Interacting with clients and customers over the telephone and chat messaging.
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus rooted in empathy
- Embrace constant change in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be enrolled in a College or University pursing a degree.
- Must have good knowledge about computer applications and internet browsing.
- Must handle calls and chats from the customers and clients.
- Must possess excellent communication skills. (English)
- Must have outstanding listening and reading skills. (English)
- Must be passionate about customer/client service.
