Job Description
1. To receive calls for enquiries, appointment, internal or external call transfer, Emergency, complaints or suggestions. 2. To give, cancel or reschedule an appointment and to do the entry for the same in EMR (Software). 3. To inform OPD staff about the appointments, cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. 4. To call back for enquiries and to turn up the patient into IP or OP for further treatment. 5. To call back to patients who have canceled their appointment and reschedule their appointment or visit. 6. To make internal call transfer. 7. Responsible for emergency code announcement and to contact the key responsible person for codes in define time. 8. To maintain the enquires in software. 9. To gui
