Job Type: Full-time
Incentive : 1800 Rs/incentives per sale
We are looking for Customer Service Executive
The candidate must be able to work independently
This job has a probation period from 6-12 months after this time period candidate may be taken as employee based on the performance of the candidate in their probation period evaluated by the management.
During the probation period the candidate will be provided incentive of Rs 1700 incentives per sale of plan and also there are chances for the long term good career prospects and earning very good incentives depending on the results(sales) delivered .
Good Knowledge ,skill , experience in the convincing and dealing with people and knowledge of the office tools like excel, power point,emails presentations and so on.
There is a very good scope for the career progression and also there is also a chance of getting extremely good salary based on incentives(earned by sales) starting from the first month itself.
The salary will revise after the probation period
The candidate must be open to attend the calls and provide the information over the phone and providing the other details and managing some small office tasks.
Candidate must be flexible for different types of tasks.
The candidate must have knowledge of computer related tasks including ,good english speaking and writing, emails, business communication .
Also the candidates must have pleasing personality ,humble and respecting character, good work attitude , target oriented, self motivated and be open for calling and receiving calls and attending the clients.
Also there may be possibility to operate from your home but the requirement is the management of the timely delivery of the targets and this option will be available depending on the decision of the management only.
The minimum qualification for this job is 12th standard and above
