Responsibilities
1. Receive, validate and record support calls received from a customer, patients, field staff.
2. Coordinate with Spares management team on spares availability and spares logistics
3. Coordinate with field engineers for response and call closure
4. Escalate overdue issues to respective Divisional Managers to FastTrack redressal.
