Responsibility:
- Attend clients queries through Email and Chat interactions
- Diagnose actual issues faced by customers
- Provide assistance with great sense of responsibility
- Ensure process specific quality parameters to achieve performance goals
- 10/+2/ Graduate (Fresher/Experienced)
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Should be able to frame sentences with no grammatical mistakes
- Familiar with internet navigation
- Good analytical ability and quick in response
- Flexible to work in Shifts
- Work Location: Bellandur (Outer Ring road)
- Salary: (17k – 21k CTC) including incentives
- Transport facilities provided (Both ways)
