- Immediate requirement for Australian voice process
- Specialized help on global voice process
- Ensure that appropriate steps were taken to resolve customer’s problems and providing feedback accordingly.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Excellent Communication, Good Listening Skills
- Flexible to work in Australian timings
- Knowledge on working with computer
- Experience with International voice process would be an added advantage
- Preferably work experience in outbound b2b sales calls.
