Job Description
- Answer incoming customer service calls and respond to inquiries from investors, dealers and prospective investors
- Make telephone calls to investors, brokers, dealers. Keep abreast of company policies, and all procedural information. Maintain knowledge of all applicable investment and regulatory changes
- Initialize investigations of complaints via internal communication channels
- Generate and prepare MIS reports
- Any Degree.(No Backlogs)
- Experience in the financial business and customer service.
- 0.6-2 years related experience and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in Hindi is mandatory.
