Job Description
1. Will be responsible for all the Customer Care related activities
2. Handle customer Complaints, In Bound calls, Out Bound calls, or Chat
3. Maintain Customer complaint records and forward them to the respective Quality team for a proper solution and follow-up for complaint closure. Solve customer queries and provide information.
4. Working on CRM and manage the reports.
5. Any other activities assigned by the management.
