Job Description
For the position of Customer Service Executive (Voice Process/Non Voice Process)
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY: Minimum eligibility criteria to apply to this position:
- Education / Qualifications:12th , Graduate ,Post Graduate (Except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)
- Cabs provided
- Answers inbound & outbound /email chat backend customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.
Timing Details:
- Domestic-Day Shift Only(10AM To 6PM)
- Morning Shift-7AM To 3PM(Australian Shift)
- Afternoon Shift-1PM To 10PM(U.K Shift)
- Night Shift-8PM To 5AM(U.S Shift)
For Domestic:-
- Basic:-8000-10000 Inland
- + 2000 Attendance Bonus+ Loyalty Bonus+ variables Incentives
- Basic:-10000-16000 Inland
- + 2000 Attendance Bonus+ Loyalty Bonus+ variables Incentives
- Note:- It will be totally Depend upon ur interview .

- LUCRATIVE INCENTIVE
