- We are looking for a Call Centre Executives with excellent communication
skills for liaison with potential customers for financial requirements.
- Obtains client information by calling & answering
telephone calls
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, providing
solutions or alternatives
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to
requirements.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by
taking the extra mile
- Call Centre Executives with excellent communication skills
in languages Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, English and Arabic languages.
- Previous experience in a customer support or care role in financial
domain.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with
active listening
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time
effectively and working in teams.
