- Location : Cochin

- Shift timing : Rotational Night
- Any Graduate/ 10+2+3 Certificate Holder (Fresher)
- Any Graduate / Under graduate holding minimum of 6months of domestic BPO experience.(Tenured)
- Willing to work Rotational shifts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English) (Malayalam)
- Must be able to join immediately- work location would be Cochin
- Prior experience with an domestic BPO would be an added advantage.
- Willing to relocate to Cochin, if a non-Keralite
- Verbal: Fluent in English
- Written: Good written skills in English.
- An aptitude for customer service and Computer troubleshooting
- Must be able to join immediately as the requirement is urgent
