Job Description
This is urgent opening for Tech Support Executive in our BPO process.
Requirement:
- Must be fluent in English
- Handling international calling
- Troubleshooting the issues of the customers
- Support US customers, handling calls and resolving the queries
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to work in night shift
- Age Limit Upto 30 years
- Timings: Monday to Saturday (11am - 5pm)
