Job Description
Currently, we have a vacancy for the position of Call Center Executive, for our US process.
Job Description:
- Responsible for making outbound calls to leads generated and/or lists provided
- Educates customers about products or services and prices
- Describes the product benefits and any special offers
- Fills up the CRM
Job Specifications:
- FLUENCY in ENGLISH is COMPULSORY
- Willingness to work in night shift (07:00 PM 04:30 AM)
Perquisites:
- Free drop-off facility in night shift
- Fixed weekly off (Sat-Sun) & Fixed Shift, No Rotations
- Attractive Salary, plus performance based uncapped incentives
- Five days a week working
