CCE (Call Center Executives)

We are basically looking for people who can call our designated list of client in United States and refer them our services or find for leads who would be interested to take our services.
The candidates should be able to understand speak English fluently so as to properly negotiate with clients.
Education is no bar, but we are looking for full time job seekers, looking to seek a career in this industry.
We wont be interested to recruit college going students seeking to work for pocket money.

Job Duties:

Contact private individuals by phone.
Describe the services, Obtain possible customer leads
Obtain customer information, Must meet target objectives
Deliver prepared support scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase the services.
Must be able to adapt to dynamic, quickly changing the telecommunications environment.
Accountable for sales, call quality, attendance and adherence to work schedule results.
Key skill:- Good command over English, Customer focus, Customer services, Listening and phone skill, Problem solving, Multi tasking, Building relationship, People skill.
Job Type :- Full Time/Part Time
Job Location:- DURGAPUR,WEST BEGAL
Salary Range: 7,000-10,000/Month +Incentives (for Full time/ night shift) 5000-6000/Month +Incentives (for Part time /evening shift)
Shift Hours Full Time Shift Hours: 7 Hours (Night Shift time: 10:30 p.m. to 5.30 a.m.) (MON-SAT)
Part Time Shift Hours: - 4.30 Hours (Evening shift time: 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)(MON-SAT)
