Job Description
Involves handling inbound/outbound calls and resolving customer queries.
Co-ordinate Customer/Investor queries at Chennai.
Be responsible for quality service delivery leading to customer/Investor delight.
Qualification: Any Graduate or Non-graduate with good communication skills in English and Hindi language.
Proficiency with other regional languages will be added advantage.
Age: Between 21 - 30 years.
Note: Graduate fresher can walk-in or Non-graduate with min 6 months in call Center or Customer Service domain.
Fluency in English is Mandatory.
BE/BTech Freshers not required.
BE/BTech with minimum 1 years experience in Voice Process can be considered.
Experience: 0 - 4 years.
