Job Description
We are looking for a Call Center
Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and
potential customers.
Responsibilities
Customer Service Responsibilities list:
•Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Location: Surat
Salary: ₹18,000 to - ₹35,000.00 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
