Position : Call center Executive
Location : Chennai
Qualification : Any
Experience : 0 to 1 yr
Hindi speaking and understanding is mandatory (no sales or marketing )
Any candidate with good communication skill in Hindi and English is fine. (Graduation is not mandatory if the candidate is with good communication.

To handle inbound and outbound calls
To handle escalation calls and customer calls
Allot the particular complaint to the concerned field engineer.
Resolve the issues within the stipulated time frame.

Desired Profile :

Any graduates with 0 to 1yrs\ experience in call center, fresher’s also can apply.
Candidates with excellent communication skill in English and Hindi.
Speaking and understanding Hindi is must.
Good communication skills – language fluency in English, Hindi & Tamil would be advantage
Good analytical skills and aggressive.
