Job Description
- Designation: Customer Care Executive
- Process: UK Outbound
- Candidate would be responsible to make outbound calls to the UK clients and submit their details.
- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
- Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage..
- Fresher with minimum 12th pass out from either CBSE board or ICSE board.
- Candidates pursuing graduation (correspondence) or post graduation (correspondence) are also accepted.
- Good communication skills and confident.
- Female candidates are also preferred.
- Maximum 35 years of age
- We need immediate joining.
- Shift: 13:00- 21:30 (for male) & 13:00- 20:00 (for female).
- Days: Monday to Saturdays , with 2 Flexi off & all Sundays off
- Salary: upto 20k (inhand) + incentives
- Interview Timings: 11:00- 16:00 hours
