Campaign Partner
Responsibilities :
- Building campaigns / user journeys and with key success metric reporting
- Improving on micro metrics at each campaign. City and category level
- Reporting and maintaining visibility of CRM activities across all stakeholders
- Working closely with revenue team for offers / impact campaigns along with analysis of the same
- Maintaining operational TATs for CRM campaigns
- Working with product and data teams for instrumentation of CRM tools
- Initiating innovations / experiments on CRM with relevant success metrics for each
