Job Description:
- hands on experience in 5-8 years on production supprt-cards background.
- Excellent knowledge of Cards life cycle with experience in cards domain
- Excellent knowledge of Cards Application Workflow especially CAPS, CPPS, DCR and Prime.
- Excellent knowledge of Cards Payment processing, SI (standard instruction) execution
- Excellent knowledge of Cards collections, provisioning, bucket movement and delinquency
- Fair knowledge of Tsys prime 2 and online applications.
- Fair knowledge of Cards personalization application, Encoding, Embossing (BANK uses Dexxis from gemalto and Multicards from Omaemirates applications)
- Fair knowledge of MasterCard File express and Visa pre edit
- Good knowledge of Oracle, Informix, SQL server and DB2 Databases
- Fair knowledge of IIS and WAS servers
- Fair knowledge of Java
- Writing SQL queries
- DR preparation and execution of Card applications
- 24 7 first level support for the above applications and escalations to next level
- Production issues investigation, Analysis, evaluation and testing on reported incidents
- Vendor coordination. (Gemalto, Omaemirates, Tsys, Internal Development team etc)
- SIT and UAT support for the production fixes / IT initiatives
- Participate and contribute in meetings (Production fixes / UAT / Technical IT initiatives)
- Environment setup for Cards applications
- Participate in Audit and InfoSec meeting and follow up for the closure of the ROF and Risk items raised by respective teams
- Monitor and maintain application server health
- Maintain backend updates, Releases, SRFs, FCR, PCR, Master inventory and service downtimes
- Documentation of support and DR documents
- MIS reports using crystal, BO reports and data extraction
- Configuring of DTS, ODBC
- Support and coordinate with internal teams
- Patching and baselines
- Understanding other surrounding systems and process
