Career Advisor (Study abroad )

Experience: 1 – 3 yrs

Location: Pune, Chandigarh

Job Description:

*Career advising but not limited to the following:
*Responsible for tele-advising & generate walk-in in the branch.
*Thoroughly understand requirement of the client and suggest the appropriate solutions.
*Helping student / client in getting complete and accurate details of the course.
*Assist client in accumulating the required documents and filing of the application / enrollment.
*Coordinate with application / admission department on status of the client’s file and update the same to the client.
*Ensure that self-performance is matching with the targets assigned.
*Involve in complete process of documentation of the client.
*Responsible for active participation in events organized by the company; this includes seminar, session, info-desk, road shows in school, colleges and institutes.
*Assist marketing team with strategies in order to increase walk-in and revenue generation.
*Assisting application / admission team in gathering required documents.
*Regular follow-up of existing and prospective client.
*Guiding students / clients for all countries.
*Assist other career advisors with their queries (if any).
*Coordinate with Training Manager for self-development / training needs (if required).
*Responsible to take initiative in smooth running of business.
*Assist team members in achieving branch targets.
*Collection of Feedback from all walk-in clients and work closely on it to improve the lacking areas.
*Contribute creative ideas for team / branch growth at every stage.
*Stay updated with the latest product / services updates and communicate to training needs in case required.
*Update reports in MIS and software as instructed.
*Send daily reports without any fail as per the guidelines given by reporting manager.
*Any other task assigned.
