Job description
- Explain product details to prospective customers (parents of students)
- Ensure prospects turn up for trial sessions
- Engage with prospects post-trial session and convert them into enrolments
- Pursue a consultative selling approach - understand the improvement areas of the student and accordingly offer products that suit the requirement
- Work in a focussed and target-oriented manner - achieve weekly/ monthly/ yearly targets
- Ensure that the brand is projected in the right manner and brand values are upheld while selling the product
- Submit input and output MIS reports on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis
Required Candidate profile
- Prior experience in B2C sales is preferred
- Extremely good in communication - must be fluent in English
- Able to work with MS Excel
- Result-oriented mind-set

Compensation
- Total CTC: Rs. 3,06,000 per annum. Break up as follows:
- Fixed: Rs. 2,16,000 per annum (paid out monthly)
- Sales linked incentive (variable linked to sales): Rs. 60,000 per annum (paid out monthly)
- Annual bonus (variable linked to performance during the year): Rs. 30,000 per annum (paid annually)
