JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assess the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of students and suggest the right career choices for him or her.
Responsible for academic & career counseling for prospective leads and their parents.
Advise students about companies, admission requirements, and financial aid, etc.
Handle all leads calls and customer inquiries.
Take a consultative approach, and not hard sell.
Take accountability to manage leads of all sizes
Own and manage relationships with prospects.
To be the first point of contact for all inquiries and be the voice of the company.
Providing information to clients about various products
.Managing inbound and outbound calls, Follow up with the clients.
Generate walk-ins of interested clients, facilitate enrollments by counseling the students for particular course.
Tele calling & follow-up on database generated through different portals.
Ensuring adequate batch size and meeting targets as stated time to time.
Updating information on CRM.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Person who is diligent, prompt and have great communication skills.
No hesitation in phone calling is a pre - requisite.
Regarding experienced Candidates, having counseling experience in education sector will be considered.
Ability and willingness to engage with prospects over calls and mails.
Strong listening, communication and consultative selling skills.
Result oriented & driven.
Positive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethics.
Ability to use feedback in a positive way with personal accountability .
Eager to learn and consistently improve.
Person should have sales skills.
