Job Requirement:
- Any psychology /social work Graduate possessing the ability to research.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Communicate in English,Telugu and Hindi
- Passionate toward a social cause
- Understand the students who come for help and career guidance.
- Possess the positive trait of dedication.
- Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships
- Keep detailed files on each student that they meet with and review the files during follow-up sessions with the experts.
- Invest time in each student to ensure a thorough and satisfactory result.
- Work with students and help them research which career is best suited while taking into consideration with peer and familial pressures
- Encourage them to pursue careers that match their skills and desires, with thought given to monetary earnings and the satisfaction level of the chosen field to present the student with the best options possible.
- Maintain contact with faculty and college administrators/management to inquire about getting programs into the college which will aid in the future careers and goals of the students.
