Talk to students and check out their problems and sorting it out their issues.
Attend all the training and meetings held by head office for upgrading the product knowledge.
Should see that the batches are completed on time
Building good rapport and generating reference from the students.
No personal tuition/don’t provide personal mobile to student.
Should participate in all intercenter competition and prepared student for the same.
Should see to it that the student’s exam are conducted on time.
Not to talk negative about Speakwell.
In case faculty is absent take care of students of that batch.
Student’s attendance.
