Job Description
What do we need?
- Young and dynamic person with ability to counsel Students / Parents.
- Interested in making career with us and be a part of dynamic career counselling set up.
- Person with excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
- Soft spoken and great listening skills.
- Ability to take seminars for a crowd of 50-100
What you would be doing with us?
- Manage End to End Counselling Process.
- Conduct software based psychometric tests and further counsel students and parents.
- Travel across all the Test locations wherein the tests will be conducted, such as Schools, colleges etc.
- Develop and Maintain Videos of various Domain Experts on weekly basis.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team and other teams within the Company
What you need to be qualified at?
- Graduation completed in any stream.
- Psychology Students / prior experience in the same filed would be preferred.
- Work Experience of 0-1 years.
