Job Description

To interact with candidates through phone on primary level, give them overall idea of what the course/training is
about with timings and fees structure.
If it is in person (if candidate visit office) you need to explain them regarding the entire course
Once the candidate has registered, send him invitation mail for the batch.
Proper follow up of candidates should be taken by sending emails, sms, whatsapp messages on daily basis.
Followup through call should be taken as per previous conversation with the participant. Also in general weekly
follow up should be taken.
Whenever you are ended up with a call with candidate, immediately update the data into sheet with the following
information:
a. Name b. Location c. Contact no. d. Email id e. Status(whether he is planning to join or not)
For each and every information data must be thoroughly entered into sheets, with accurate details.
