Job Scope:

This position is responsible for generating leads from various job boards across IT industry and closing candidates for online training offerings in Collabera TACT. The Career Development Executive will reach training closure targets through excellent telephonic sales and communications skills. The individual will also develop his or her phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Integrity, vision, and passion are essentials for this role.

 

Required Skills:

·                     Excellent communication & PC Skills

·                     6 months to 2 years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity.

·                     Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.

·                     Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.

Preferred Skills:

·                     Knowledge of latest IT trends

·                     Detailed and process oriented
