Job Description
Cashier’s responsibilities will be receiving payments and issuing receipts and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions.
To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience of Cashier position.
Ultimately, you’ll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties
Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
Operate POS system and manage overall transactions of the stores
Scan goods/ products and ensure pricing is accurate
Collect payments whether in cash or credit
Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
**Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Track transactions and report in case of any discrepancies
Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
