Position-Cashier (Ticket Counter/Food Counter)

Responsibilities:

Ticket Sales: Efficiently process ticket transactions at the box office using our computerized system. Provide guests with information about showtimes, seat availability, and theater amenities.

Concessions Handling: Operate the concession stand, prepare and sell food items such as popcorn, candies, and beverages. Ensure all items are well-stocked and presented in an appealing manner.

Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, issue receipts, and ensure the cash drawer balances at the end of the shift.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly manner. Resolve any customer inquiries or issues with a positive and professional approach.

Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with health and safety regulations. Regularly clean the counters, equipment, and guest areas.

Promotions: Inform customers about current and upcoming promotions, movie releases, and loyalty programs offered by us.
