Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- As part of the Category Management Team, you will focus on delivering a world-class customer experience for the sub-categories you are responsible.
- The person who joins the team as an Intern must share our passion and commitment towards serving our customers.
- Maintain strong vendor relations that require requesting vendor/item catalog files including 360 pricing forms and/or maintaining catalog files. Determines best practices on collection of data through Vendor Link.
- You will be responsible for determining customer market needs, growing selection across sub-categories and getting support for marketing campaigns.
- You will be responsible for demand generation which includes working with other members on the Category Management team to come up with innovative promotions and site features to improve customer experience.
- You will develop a short-term and long-term plan for business growth and work with senior management stakeholders on a regular basis
- You will invent and drive continuous process improvement and automation across our systems to allow us to scale a fast-growing business.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Excellent computer skills.
