CCE Call Center Executive Voice Customer Service Voice Process / Non Voice Process & Technical Support Executive Profile : Customer Care Executive ( CCE ) / Blended Process. & Technical Support Executive
Location : -All Delhi NCR
Salary : 11.5k to 22.5k ctc + Incentives + Cab. International & Domestic + Day Shift.+ Night Shift
Fresher required in ( CCE / Customer Service / Blended / Inbound ).
Good Knowledge of Computer (Excel, Social Media, Mail).
Good in English Speaking.
Role Involves Below Responsibilities :
Assisting Director in their work.
Keep Care of Director's Office.
Maintaining files and documentation (Director and Office Both).
Respond to incoming and outgoing mail.
Create order and sample Book.
Update Dispatch.
Maintaining Stock of Retail Outlets.
Attending Phone Call and transfer to Concern Department
