Urgent Hiring For International BPO (Australian / UK /US Process)
Process - Lead Generation (Outbound Sales) calling Profile (Australian / US / UK Outbound Process)
Shift Timings-9.30PM – 6.30 AM Morning
Salary-15000 - 25,000 + unlimited incentives
Qualification: Graduate
Job Location: East Delhi( Nirman Vihar)
Communication-Excellent Communication Required
Experience-Fresher / Exp. Both consider (Above 6 Months in International BPO, Outbound sales)
Cab - No, One time Meal
6 Days Working
Sunday Fixed Off.

Responsibilities:

Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
Candidate must have 0 – 1 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process (Call Center).
Candidate having prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an advantage
should be ready to work either in Day or Night shifts.
Responsible for dealing with either Domestic or International Clients.
Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.

Skills :

Should be fluent in English or Hindi
Should have good communication skills
Good Command over the language
Educational requirements for BPO / Voice / Non Voice process:
High school or Equivalent

Salary :

10000-14000 PLUS INCENTIVES UP TO 6000 IN DOMESTIC BPO
13000-20000 FOR INTERNATIONAL BPO
