Job Description
- Manage security technology integrators in the field, ensuring ServiceNow requirements and standards are adhered to
- Domain understanding of Access Control and CCTVinstallation and functionality (both hardware & software)
- Work with security technology integrators for programming and commissioning security systems
- Support day to day operations for security system hardware, software, and end user issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and system issues for all security and safety technologies
- Conduct site assessments and gather required field data for security system design and installation
