Job Description

Primarily responsible for the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems
Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems as needed.
Establish working relationships with vendors and contractors pertaining to CCTV systems.
Provide technical support to end users covering all software and hardware related issues.
Duties include monitoring equipment, preparing purchasing requests for materials needed for each project and writing daily and monthly reports regarding maintenance work provided.
Responsible to work on customer networks.
They must often communicate with customers to explain problems and procedures with the equipment.
Must have experience troubleshooting, assembling, disassembling, repairing and monitoring hardware and electronic devices such as video cameras, remote controls, audio surveillance equipment and television monitors.
