Project Title : IT enabled Self-sufficient Sustainable Seed System Rice
Qualification : M.Sc. (Ag.) in Seed Science Technology/Extension Education/Agricultural . Extension/Agronomy/Agricultural Engineering. OR Ph.D. in any discipline of Life Science. OR M.Sc. in any discipline of Life Science /Botany with having NET/GATE qualification. Desirable: Experience of working in field projects. (II) Knowledge of Odia language will be an advantage.

About Company
Central Rice Research Institute (CRRI) is one of the Institutes of the ICAR under the Division of Crop Sciences. The Institute has two research stations- Central Rainfed Upland Rice Research Station (CRURRS), Hazaribagh, in Jharkhand, and the Regional Rainfed Lowland Rice Research Station (RRLRRS), Gerua, in Assam. These research stations were established to tackle the problems of rainfed uplands, and flood prone rainfed lowlands, respectively.
