Research Associate/ Research Assistant Jobs recruitment in Central University of Karnataka
Project Title : "Impact of situational variables and socialization among Hindus and Muslims on justice perception : A comparison between Southern and Northern cities of India"
Qualification :
a) MA/ MSc. in any discipline of Social Science with a minimum of 55% marks from any recognized University for Research Assistant :
b) MA/MSc. in any discipline of Social Science along with M.Phil, Ph.D. :NET-JRF or any Specialized degree in conducting field based research for Research Associate :
c) Proficiency in Computer Operations with MS office, Statistical packages
Desirable Experience : Scientific research writing skill, Tool construction, Field work, conducting training programmes
Language : Fluency in English & Hindi
Emoluments : Rs 13,000/-p.m.(Rupees thirteen thousand only) for Research Assistant and Rs. 16,000/ p.m. for Research Associate
Age Limit : Less than 35 years

The Central University of Karnataka (CUK) has been established by an Act of the Parliament (No. 3 of 2009) at Gulbarga, Karnataka. It is one of the 16 new Central Universities established by the Government of India during the UGC XI Plan Period to address to the concerns of ‘equity and access’ and to increase the access to quality higher education by people in less educationally developed districts which have a Graduate Enrolment Ratio of less than the national average of 11%.
