Assistant Professors
No. of Posts : 03 (01-UR, 01-OBC, 01-SC)
Emoluments : Consolidated amount based on minimum pay in PB-3 + AGP of Rs. 6,000/- with applicable allowances
Technical Assistant
No. of Post : 01 (UR)
Emoluments : Rs. 21,800/- (consolidated)
Multi-Tasking-Staff
No. of Post : 01 (UR)
Emoluments : Rs. 13,500/- (consolidated)
Qualifications
Assistant Professor Architecture/ Interior Design : First Class Master's Degree in Architecture / Interior Design/related discipline. OR First class Bachelor's Degree in Design (4-year program) with three years of professional/teaching experience OR First Class Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design (5-year program) with two years of professional / teaching experience in relevant field
Assistant Professor : Construction Technology & Management : Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering and Master's Degree in Building Engineering & Management or equivalent with First Class either in Bachelor's or Master's Degree. OR First Class Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with at least five years' experience in supervisory position on building construction site.
Desirable : Experience of Vocational Education/Training
Technical Assistant : Bachelor's Degree in Architecture OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science /Civil Engineering /Electrical Engineering with one year of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design with two years' relevant work experience OR Diploma in Architectural Assistantship with four years of experience of working in an Architect's office.
Desirable : Good working knowledge of spread sheet, word processing, presentation software and AutoCAD.
Multi-Tasking-Staff : 12th Pass with Commerce / Mathematics / Computer as one of the subject of study with at least two years of experience on computer work in an office. OR Three Years' Diploma in Architectural Assistantship or equivalent
Desirable : Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD
