Job Description

Center Head, This position will report to the centre owner and shall be responsible for the overall operations of the centre including getting inquiries, student enrollments & retainment, vendor management, transportation and managing P&L of the centre.

Work towards a business plan, implement strategies accordingly and achieve the targets
To Manage school budget & revenue growth
Responsible for all marketing and promotional activities as per defined budget
Networking, promoting & Managing both academic & non-academic activities such as special events, field trips, school plays etc
Keep tracks of enrollments, attendance, data & file management.
Establish & maintain good communication with staff, kids & parents.
queries of Prospective & existing parents
Recruit teachers & other staff members as per manpower plan
Plan & execute curriculum & school timetable . Allocate the duties as per guidelines,
Keep a check on the staff and help them improve, maintains discipline and fun ambience in the school
Ensure fees collection and deposit, issuance of uniforms & kits, and keep in regular contact with Bombay team.
Call the inquiries Maintain a record on follow-ups/ walk-ins and convince them to join the school.
Source out all the things required for the smooth working of the school (including stationery, event items, promoter etc.)
To be updated with all school activities and sharing the same with Existing + Prospective parents
