Brief Job Description:
- Responsible for efficiently running the council.
- Meeting the annual targets.
- Monitoring employee and visitor access
- Conducting security checks
- Witnesses to crime
- Writing security reports
- Creating a policy
- Analyzing data
- Providing staffing projections
- Selecting and ordering new equipment
- Selecting, mentoring and training subordinates.
- Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics.
Salary: Upto 10akhs per annum( based on performance)

Ltd. has been in partnership with NSDC & MORD for the implementation of Employ-ability projects .BIPS has set a target to train huge number of under-privileged youth including 30% women in Jammu & in Above Mentioned trades of Hospitality (Hotel Management),(CCTV Installation Technician) , Assistant Electrician & Healthcare & Multipurpose worker.

For which the company has established Engineering House with the latest NABL accredited Calibration Laboratory.
