Designation –CEO,Instrumentation &Automation

Eligibility Criteria:

 Graduated Work experience of 5-10 years Exposure to digital and direct response marketing. Strong Project management skills . Strong problem solving ability, including driven thinking .
Brief Job Description:

 Resposible for efficiently running council. Meeting the annual targets. monitoring employee and visitor access conducting security checks witnesses to crime writing security reports creating policy analyzing data providing staffing projections selecting and ordering new equipment electing, mentoring and training subordinates.Develop business cases for marketing programs at theproposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on leadflow, LTV and retention Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improvedmarketing strategy and communications Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with thestakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget. Regularly monitoring user analytics and using these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads andimprove customer engagement. Building campaigns to support recruitment and drive talent attraction and engagement across multiplechannels. Analysing and interpreting metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives. Managing a team
Salary:Upto 6lakhs per annum.
