Project entitled “Know-how of the isolation of arabinoxylans from defatted cereal brans”,
Essential Qualifications: First class M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Plant Biotechnology/Bioscience/Food Science and Nutrition with good academic credentials.
Desirable experience: One year experience in the isolation and characterization of Biomolecules such as carbohydrates/proteins and lipids.
