Project: GAP0250/RB: Electrical and Optical Properties SiC Coating on Silicon using Boron, Aluminium and Erbium doped PCS
Qualification: M.Sc. (Physics/ Chemistry with specilization in organometallic with at least 55% Marks or equivalent CGPA/DGPA . Desirable: Thin Film Coatings, Electronic device fabrication Fluorescence Spectroscopy/Nano Science.

Qualification: B. Tech./B. E. in Mechanical Engineering/ Ceramics Technology/Metallurgy & Materials Science/Production engineering with at least 55% marks. Desirable: Valid GATE and one year research experience on exposure on mechanical properties of Materials including Finite Element Analysis (FEM) correlating Stress Strain relation

Disciplines with valid GATE/NET qualification mentioned above For Rs.12000/- M.
